I’ve had the most wonderful experience with Mike and his team. He is phenomenal! I actually took the time to interview a few realtors to sell my home. I was even sent names from friends of realtors they used. After speaking with several realtors both in person and on the phone, I chose Mike Price! Without a doubt he listened, took notes, and took the time to cater to my needs and wants, instead of his own. I had a price in mind that I wanted to sell my house for…the other realtors were reluctant about the said price and thought it’d be ” safer ” to list it at a lesser price( for an easy sell). Well, Mike came by my house and without hesitation he gave me a ball park listing price (without me even saying it first), it was right on what I was thinking. Well, …not only did my house sell, but it sold for more than what we asked for!! I’m so happy I went with Mike! He has a million dollar smile that can sell anything. I’d like to also mention, his team! We had two open houses to secure backup offers and the 2 ladies Tina brown and Winifred Opare, of the Mike Price team, were incredibly person-able and did an amazing job representing my home on those days! Mallory his assistant is amazing!!! I cant tell you how inclusivethey make you feel! The whole team keeps you in the know step by step. They’re available even after business hours to answer questions. I cant tell you how many times Mike has selflessly gone out of his way to be of assistance even on holidays or after normal business hours just to ease my mind and anxiety that comes along with selling your beloved home. They truly do everything to make this the smoothest, most stress free process possible. I encourage you to call for yourself, you’ll see !!! I’m so happy I did!!Angel
