Mike and his team were great (despite the issues I had with the contracted closing attorney)! My home sale may have been a relatively small one for him but I did not get any inclination that he viewed it that way. I do believe he got me top dollar on my sale, as I had another agent give me a significantly lower listing price than what Mike suggested. The listing price was much higher than I expected, the highest anything had ever been listed in that neighborhood, but just as Mike told me we had multiple offers the first weekend. Before I met Mike I had another agent that I had used for four transactions, but I went with Mike because of his knowledge and confidence when we met. I know I will be using him again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.
My best friend and his wife were about to start their journey to finding A new home for their future, unfortunately, I am a realtor in Michigan and they live in Atlanta but I wanted to help in any way I could so I set out to try and find him with my best of knowledge the right realtor in his area.
