Greystone is a manor home community located off of Hopewell Road in Milton, Georgia. Jenny built a home back in 2016 in Greystone and loved living there - easy location to get to all areas of town as well as great neighbors. Minutes to Avalon as well as downtown Alpharetta and downtown Milton shopping and dining. Set in the award-winning Cambridge High School district as well as a five-minute drive to Kings Ridge or St Anne's private schools. 
 
As you go through the gates of Greystone, you have the relaxed feel of mature landscaping and large setback lines. Homes are set on lots from 1.2 acres to 19.7 acres and were built between 2001 to 2021 and have more of an estate feel with long setback lines and wide elevations. There are two lots available for possible remaining builds in the community as well as a custom option on the lake. Greystone's home styles range from a mix of stone and brick to a more classic southern look of white siding with a wrap-around porch.
 
Home prices range from $1,500,000 – $5,000,000. Lots range from $400-825k.
 
Builders in Greystone of the past include Buckwood Homes, Greystone Ridge Inc., Capstone Building Group, Inc., and AJ Custom Homes. The most recent builds in the community are now being done by Marty Anker of Anker Custom Homes and Steve Laboda of Capstone Build Group.
 
The yearly association fee for the neighborhood is currently $1500/year and includes gated entry, common area landscape maintenance, and the neighborhood's 17-acre private lake. Included with the HOA fee is also individual owner feed from the gate camera into the homeowner's phone/app.
 
Greystone is located in the top school district with Summit Hill Elementary, Hopewell Middle School, and award-winning Cambridge High School. Near Greystone are many great private schools, including Kings Ridge, Alpharetta Christian Academy, St Francis, and many others. It is an easy drive to get to Fellowship Christian Academy or Blessed Trinity as well.
 
For swimming/tennis, you can join numerous nearby clubs. Greystone is a five-minute drive to all golf nearby including White Columns, The Manor, Crooked Creek, and Atlanta National. White Columns with open golf/swim/tennis options is great for children with amazing holiday activities and two pools with central bar/TVs, food and beverage service, and cabanas. Just a few minutes to Avalon, North Point Mall, many great golf courses, Verizon Amphitheatre, Lake Windward, Lake Lanier, as well as a large array of casual and fine dining.
