Welcome to The Hayfield

The Hayfield is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Milton as it is set in the top school districts, walks to the Union restaurant (link below), is gated, and features charm throughout with gated gas-lit entry, tree-lined streets, and granite curbing. Barry Segars, the developer, upon concept, put much thought into the charm and appeal of the neighborhood. There are a total of 31 homes and 2 build sites. The site on Upper Meadow is being developed now by one of our great clients into their home and the other remaining lot at the end cul de sac is under contract with another one of our clients also building their home. No other lots remain in the community but feel free to contact us for off-market possible home options available in The Hayfield.

The Hayfield is located in the top school district with Birmingham Falls Elementary, Northwestern Middle School, and award-winning Milton High School. Near to The Hayfield are many great private schools, including Kings Ridge and St Francis as well as, being closer in, an easy drive to Blessed Trinity or Fellowship Christian Academy.

For swimming/tennis, you can join numerous nearby clubs. The Hayfield is close to Alpharetta Athletic Club as well as White Columns with open golf/swim/tennis options. Link to White Columns: White Columns Country Club | Milton GA (ClubCorp).
